Manufacturing Supervisor
An employer in the Bozeman, MT area is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team.
This person will be overseeing about 20 people within the MIST Lab, MIST assembly, and the SSP (spore strip packaging) operations team.
This role is an equipment-based position spending 50% of time improving processes and 50% of time with career development and management for their team including 1-on-1's and performance reviews.
This candidate will be working Monday through Friday and be comfortable living in or relocating to Bozeman, MT.
Lean Manufacturing CertificateComing from a medical device or regulated industryAssociates Degree minimum, Bachelors Preferred2 years' experience in a process improvement role (manufacturing preferred, F&B etc.
)More than 2 years in a direct management role with at least 4-5 direct reports Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Lean Manufacturing Manufacturing Packaging And Processing Duties Career Development Minimum Industry Safety Training Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
