Superintendent
A general contractor with projects in the area is seeking a talented Superintendent with a commercial project background to add to their team! Qualifications:
- 5 years as a Superintendent
- Ground up diverse commercial projects
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field
Responsibilities:
- Implements, maintains, and enforces safety procedures
- Understands project plans and specification and conducts job site operations in compliance with contract
- Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents
- Development and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, agencies and employees
