T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager - Bozeman
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Retail Assistant Store Manager will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the location's professional sales team, focused on exceeding the expectations of our customersThe Retail Assistant Store Manager acts as a supporting management presence in the retail store, assisting daily operations and motivation for the Sales RepresentativesThe position will provide continued development, regarding the Retail Assistant Store Manager's experience in management, to ensure professional selling and customer service practices are being achieved by all location Sales RepresentativesThe Retail Assistant Store Manager will also establish a more in depth knowledge about the technology T-Mobile offers and gain valuable experience running a successful businessTraining and development, achieved in the Retail Assistant Store Manager position, provides the necessary prerequisites for the opportunity of future promotions within MobileOne.DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
The Retail Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall store operations and is accountable for personal/store sales as well as the development of a high performing, motivated team. The Retail Assistant Store Manager will also ensure customers are 100% satisfied and help to make their experience unforgettable. The Retail Assistant Store Manager will make sure that customer wait times are as low as possibleEffectively managing customer traffic visiting the store. The Retail Assistant Store Manager will stay current on all products, services, and promotions, and assist the location manager to make sure the Sales Representatives are well informed of all relevant information. The Retail Assistant Store Manager will also help ensure the location is fully staffed at all timesAssisting the Store Manager with the MobileOne Recruiting Program. The Retail Assistant Store Manager will make sure the store always looks its best. Experience managing people, with the unique ability to lead and coach people to deliver great results. Previous consultative sales in consumer technology, coupled with a demonstrated record of high achievement. Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management, having previously managed site profit and loss. Previous customer service or sales experience. Excellent communication and listening skills. Tech savvy and the ability to smoothly find your way around a computer. Born problem-solver. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high school degree or GED is essential. At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Pass a Pre-employment background screen. Work varied shifts, 7 days per week, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.Pay$16.00 - $31.17 / hourThe pay range above represents hourly wage and potential store bonus.WORKING CONDITIONS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a standing role; however, some filing is requiredThis would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. Travel is required sometimes for training purposes.
