Responsibilities include assisting the Engineering Team in the design, implementation, assembly, debug, test and rework of laser products.
Core Responsibilities:
Work closely with Engineering Team including Electrical, Mechanical and System designers.
Remove, replace and assemble parts and/or assemblies as required.
Hand soldering of electronics parts including fine pitch surface mount and thru hole soldering.
Build mechanical assemblies using a variety of hand tools.
Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Perform electrical measurements and tests from test procedures and engineering specifications.
Set up test stations and equipment.
Maintain records on work performed, analyze data collected and report results.
Assist Engineering Team in developing test procedures for new products.
Document test, assembly, and debug procedures.
Maintain engineering lab inventory.
Experience, Education and Competencies Required:
AA degree in electronics technology.
A minimum of 3 years working with electronic assemblies in a laboratory environment.
Experience troubleshooting hardware design problems.
Ability to operate lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, analyzers and power supplies.
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem solving are required.
Labview programming experience is desirable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
