Randstad is actively recruiting for a Customer Serivce Representative in the Bozeman area
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities include determining the client's issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. May be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
o Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
o Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
o Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
o Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Working hours: 8-5
Typically has a High School diploma and customer service or call center experience. Skills, include accurate documentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
