Commercial Account Service Specialist
PayneWest Insurance is looking for an Account Specialist to join our team in Bozeman. Our company is growing fast! What you'll be doing:
Our Account Specialists work with a dynamic Commercial Account Services team to grow and retain our book of business. We will give you the tools to effectively manage your assigned clients and provide them with the support they need.
As an Account Specialist, you will:
Handle renewal marketing procedures including but not limited to negotiating with carriers, obtaining updated customer information and ordering policies from carriers.
Update and maintain customer information in the agency management system accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities with existing customers within the organization.
Conduct account reviews which includes analyzing coverage, quoting, offering appropriate options and actively soliciting referrals for additional lines of business.
Handle independently or work closely with designated sales team to ensure customer service needs are addressed in effective and efficient manner.
Actively participate in organization initiatives and support core values including community involvement
What we need from you:
2 year college degree and/or equivalent business experience preferred
Ability to obtain a state insurance license
Eager to work in a collaborative and innovative environment
Personally driven to be proactive and detail oriented
