Management Analyst, GS-0343-11 (DEU-Term-RRM)

As a Management Analyst within the Enterprise Infrastructure, some of your specific duties will include:
Analyze, prepare, coordinate, disseminate, and archive program policy, technical, management, and administrative information, documents, and reports of the OEI Cloud Hosting Solutions (CHS) program to the cloud user community, senior Bureau management, and Departmental OCIO staff. Determine information architecture for program information repositories. Gather and evaluates user requirements in collaboration with program management and program teams. Interpret quantitative and qualitative feedback from stakeholders and users. Conduct usability testing. Initiate and facilitates meetings, educational seminars, and strategic planning discussions with cloud program stakeholders. Build a network and maintains contacts with cloud stakeholders, OEI staff, CHS, and others. Monitor the Cloud Operational environment. One year of specialized experience in or directly related to this position that equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. To be creditable, the required specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal service. Examples of GS-9 level work:
1) Participating in the identification and development of data required for use in the management and direction of programs; 2) preparing guidance documents for work plans; 3) researching program methods and establishing procedures for program requirements. Assignments were made with the objectives, priorities, and deadlines defined. Work was planned and carried out independently in accordance with proven techniques, methods, and practices. Controversial use of approaches or modifications of standard procedures were typically discussed with a designated person before being carried out. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements for the position by the closing date of the announcement.
