Laminate wood flooring in main living area and carpet in all bedrooms and living room. Open floor plan with a huge master bedroom on one side with a large walk in closet and full bathroom. Other side of the house has a hallway with the 3 bedrooms and the other full bath. In addition to these photos we have videos of the space if you are not local and cant be in person for a showing. Rent is $3500/month and tenants are responsible for gas/electric- owner will cover water/sewer/trash. Deposit is equal to one months rent and is due at time of signing the lease. The home has been kept in great condition and there isn't much maintenance involved. Underground sprinklers outside. Tenants responsible for snow and lawn care.
